Hello Friends,

Google is all set to bring its Android-based Nexus tablets to the market by July...

Google is reportedly working with Asus to develop the device, and the entry-level price will be around USD 200.

Shipments of about 600,000 tablets are set to begin in June, reports claimed. The tablet's details are not known but there has been speculation about Android 4.0 running on top of a quad-core chip.

Earlier the Google Nexus tablet was expected to launch in May, but the tablet launch was postponed to make changes to the design and find way to reduce hardware costs even further.

The tablet will feature a seven-inch display and would be more of a direct competitor to Amazon's Kindle Fire and Samsung's Galaxy Tabs than Apple's iPad.

The device will probably be sold directly to consumers via the new hardware section in the Google Play Store.

Features..

The new tablet, will reportedly have an Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core processor, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and Wi-Fi (only) for internet connectivity.
